1. Select your filters in basic tab
2. Use the following Pairlist in your Freqtrade config.json

Remote Pairlist, to use API's to enhance your Pairlist, and reduce API Calls to the Exchange. Most API's are fetched every 30 minutes, except the daily ones.

Indicator Based Filters are received every 5 minutes, theres a minimum Refresh Period set to 900 Seconds (15 minutes) thats the minimum you can use.
